The Ides

A miniature bronze Roman dagger, reimagined as a pendant in 750 gold

At the heart of The Ides lies an original Roman miniature bronze dagger. Its weathered surface bears the unmistakable passage of time, preserved as it has survived for nearly two millennia, rather than restored. Framed by hand in 750 gold, and accented with diamonds and a ruby, the artefact remains untouched, allowing its history to speak for itself.

Inspired by one of Ancient Rome's most enduring betrayals, the piece honours the courage and resilience the dagger came to represent.

Please note: the pendant is pictured without its chain, which is currently being handcrafted to complete the piece.
